Shakespeare Dallas

Situation
Ticket sales and sponsorships were stagnant. Disjointed brand and weak presence of the company gave an inconsistent look and message, contributing to a perception of instability. Marketing materials
were not delivering nor did the Festival have the budget to produce much-needed collateral.
Solution
Visualeyes developed a look for the overall brand. In developing the corporate identity, Visualeyes designed several items that were cost-effective means for the Festival to market (i.e., PDFs that
could be printed in-house or e-mailed; HTML e-mails). Visualeyes also developed a website that offered information about the Festival and allowed patrons to purchase memberships and donate online.
Visualeyes also developed:
- Sponsorship packets
- Website redesign
- Collateral materials
- Direct mail campaign
- Promotional items
Result
Sponsorship interest and donations increased. Web hits doubled. Membership sales increased 20%+. Logo identified item sales provided additional streams of revenue.
